Joe Fitzgerald founded All Iowa Construction in 1997. He has always been deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring every customer is 100% satisfied with the completed work. Working in this industry has been incredibly rewarding for Joe, as he enjoys helping people repair their homes, solve their problems, or create something new for his clients. Joe has lived in Iowa his entire life, growing up in Manson, and is currently living in Des Moines with his wife, Katie, and three children, Zeb, Keegan and Eden. In their free time, we are active in their church, enjoy kids activities, lake time, and travel.

Luke Harris has worked for All Iowa Construction for 15 years and has been in the construction industry for 28 years. He enjoys problem-solving aspects of construction and doing what he can to get the best solution for all his customers. He also enjoys working with his hands and is extremely hands-on with the jobs we have. Luke has lived all around, including North East Iowa, Central Kentucky, and Kanas City, but calls himself an Iowan. In his free time, Luke spends time with his wife and their teenage son. He also enjoys playing and listening to music, disc golf, making art, being outdoors (hiking, fishing, kayaking), and working on classic cars with my son.

Chrys Hill has worked in Office Management roles for over 12 years and has been All Iowa
Construction's Office Manager for six years. Originally from Green Bay, WI, she has called Iowa home for seven years. Chrys favorite thing about working at All Iowa Construction is the variety
of tasks she undertakes and values the people she works with. In her free time, she loves being
outdoors and spending time with her family.

Angie Cottrell brings 20 years of experience in Marketing and Project Management and joined All Iowa Construction in November. Originally from Minburn, she spent 12 years in Missouri before moving back and making Urbandale her home for the past 12 years.
What Angie loves most about working at All Iowa Construction is the variety each day brings and how dedicated the team is to delivering top-quality work with every project and seeing that in the positive feedback from happy customers.
Outside of work, Angie stays busy with her two teenage daughters and enjoys spending time with family and friends—especially summers at lake.
