Joe Fitzgerald founded All Iowa Construction in 1997. He has always been deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring every customer is 100% satisfied with the completed work. Working in this industry has been incredibly rewarding for Joe, as he enjoys helping people repair their homes, solve their problems, or create something new for his clients. Joe has lived in Iowa his entire life, growing up in Manson, and is currently living in Des Moines with his wife, Katie, and three children, Zeb, Keegan and Eden. In their free time, we are active in their church, enjoy kids activities, lake time, and travel.

Luke Harris has worked for All Iowa Construction for 15 years and has been in the construction industry for 28 years. He enjoys problem-solving aspects of construction and doing what he can to get the best solution for all his customers. He also enjoys working with his hands and is extremely hands-on with the jobs we have. Luke has lived all around, including North East Iowa, Central Kentucky, and Kanas City, but calls himself an Iowan. In his free time, Luke spends time with his wife and their teenage son. He also enjoys playing and listening to music, disc golf, making art, being outdoors (hiking, fishing, kayaking), and working on classic cars with my son.

Jayme Loomis is one of our newest members of the All Iowa Construction team, having been with us for two and a half years. With nearly four years of industry experience, Jayme pursued her passion for construction through the Building Trades program at DMACC, earning an Associate degree in Construction Management. She thrives on the continuous learning opportunities in the field and enjoys helping customers bring their visions to life. Jayme appreciates the supportive environment at All Iowa Construction, which has allowed her to grow in her role. Jayme is from Clive and lives in Des Moines with her husband and five children. In her free time, we enjoy musical festivals, exploring new places, and being busy with kids' activities. The family also stays busy with their chickens; caring for them and gathering their eggs is a whole family affair.

Chrys Hill has worked in Office Management roles for over 12 years and has been All Iowa

Construction's Office Manager for six years. Originally from Green Bay, WI, she has called Iowa home for seven years. Chrys favorite thing about working at All Iowa Construction is the variety

of tasks she undertakes and values the people she works with. In her free time, she loves being

outdoors and spending time with her family.
