Job Description 

We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our team with training beginning February 15 and the ability to begin selling as soon as training is complete. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships with homeowners, inspecting properties, and guiding customers through exterior and home improvement projects—including roofing, siding, remodeling, and additions—from start to finish. No prior sales experience is required, but experience in home improvement, construction, or roofing is preferred. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, talking with people, and taking ownership of their work.

The right candidate is energetic, punctual, self-motivated, and communicates clearly. You do what you say you’ll do, when you say you’ll do it, and treat customers the way you would want your own family treated. We’re looking for people who bring a positive attitude to the job, work hard without complaining, and take pride in representing the company professionally in the field and in the community. •   Meet homeowners in the field      through referrals, inspections, and canvassing
• Inspect roofs, document damage,      and explain findings clearly and honestly
• Guide customers through the      repair or replacement process
• Prepare estimates, follow up, and      close jobs
• Communicate clearly with      homeowners, production teams, and office staff
• Keep organized notes and follow      through on commitments
• Represent the company      professionally—on roofs, at doors, and in the community

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable climbing ladders and      getting on roofs
• Able to work outdoors in varying      weather conditions
• Prior sales or customer service      experience preferred
• Roofing or construction      background a plus 
• Valid driver’s license and      reliable transportation

 We don’t need polished salespeople—we need solid humans.

•  Pay: $800/week base pay for the first      8 weeks then base + commission
